Single, Divorced and Blended

A D6 Family doesn’t have to have a mom, a dad, 2.5 children, a brick house in the burbs, and a dog named Petey. But a D6 Family must have spiritual leadership in the home.

Broken homes are a reality today. Approximately 50% of all American homes have divorced parents. We don’t know what the divorce rate was when Moses delivered his speech to the children of Israel in Deuteronomy 6, but the Bible tells that divorce was a real issue even then. God is a God of grace. For this reason, Moses still shared God’s message that dads and moms need to impress God’s Word upon the hearts of their children. The power behind D6 is stronger than any challenging family situation.

Single moms can be D6 moms. Single dads can be D6 dads. Blended families can be D6 families. Why? Because God’s Word is powerful, and He can transform lives. He wants you to pass along your faith to your children so they can live a victorious Christian life and avoid the traps that have caused so many to stumble.

Even if you are in a challenging situation, you can lead your children spiritually! God will help you be the parent you need to be if you are willing to be the leader your kids need. It starts with small steps. Start with Splink! Spend time with God each day. Watch the D6 Stories. Check out our D6 Devotional Magazines or the other resources in the D6 Store.

Dads and moms, you can do it. Let D6 help!
